Blade Partners’ employees are an important resource, and it is therefore important that our employees have a good physical and mental working environment, where they thrive and feel recognized for their efforts.

Through risk assessment, we constantly optimize our working environment and create good and safe working conditions. We continuously optimize working conditions by raising our own standard, so that we constantly focus on improvements and optimisations.

To ensure the safety of our employees, we make high demands on our suppliers of safety equipment. We therefore only purchase certified equipment and carry out regular audits.

Blade Partners takes care of mental working environment, as the specifics of the work (the technicians work far from their families, there are long STANDBY periods), which can lead to overload and stress. Therefore, we include psychological working environment as a decisive element of the working environment policy.

We respect and listen to our employees so that they achieve a balanced work and private life.
