Tipshell replacement

Blade Partners Europe A/S is capable of performing even very large tip shell replacements, on any kind of blade type and no matter which blade manufacturer.

We can perform this procedure both on the ground, and in most cases also up-tower.

Wrinkle repair

Blade Partners Europe A/S is capable of repairing all the way through wrinkles in main UD reinforcement areas on sandwich core constructed blades.

We can perform this procedure both on the ground as well as up-tower.

Lightning damage and lightning protection

Blade Partners Europe A/S is able to repair even very large delamination’s caused by lightning strikes to both sandwich constructed composite core areas, as well as UD reinforcement areas.

We have spare parts for all lightning protection systems, and for all blade types, regardless of manufacturer.

We can also support you with a fully insulated upgrade, of your lightning protection system, by inserting a lightning blade implant into the tip of the blade. The blade implant fully protects the first meter of the blade tip, where up to 90% of all lightning strikes happen.
